VIGIPHARM was founded in 1998, by Caroline Navarre, a doctor of Pharmacy. The pharmacovigilance company was developed due to the outsourcing of vigilance activities.

Vigipharm’s development was driven in a regular and controlled manner. The freelance company became an SMB (small and medium size business) with over 30 employees. Today, it continues to grow, in order to meet the needs of the health industry, and is subjected to increasing regulatory pressures.
